1. The hotel will provide accommodation for the guest who can prove a valid ID.

2. The guest uses the hotel room for the time agreed with the hotel.

3. Check-in at the hotel is from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. The guest is only allowed to stay longer at a room by prior arrangement with the hotel.

4. Breakfast is served by prior arrangement between the guest and the hotel, but no later than 10:00.

5. For accommodation and services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list, or the agreed prices. The hotel has the right to ask the guest to pay for the accommodation in advance.

6. The guest acknowledges that the room key is a universal key (fitting into the room door, the hotel entrance and the entrance to the entire complex) and therefore the guest is responsible for its return. In case of loss of the key, the guest is obliged to report this fact to the hotel. If the key is not found, the guest is obliged to pay the costs with the necessary replacement of keys and inserts.

7. The guest has the right to use the facilities of the hotel room and social indoor and outdoor areas. The guest is fully responsible for damages caused to the hotel property by the guest himself, his visit or his child. The guest is obliged to immediately report the damage he caused to the hotel, even if the damage was caused by his child.

8. The guest can use the hotel car park free of charge, knowing that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the guest's vehicle. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the room.

9. In the hotel rooms it is possible to use only those own electrical appliances that are used for personal hygiene (razors, etc.). You can charge laptops and mobile phones. The use of kettles, immersion cookers, own heaters, etc. is strictly forbidden in all areas of the hotel for safety reasons!

10.  Visits not accommodated in the hotel and the entire complex can be accepted only with the prior consent of the hotel.

11. For safety reasons, children under the age of six may not remain in the room or other areas of the hotel without adult supervision. The legal guardian is fully responsible for any damage caused to children.

12. It is advisable for the guest to check after each exit that the lights are off, the water taps are off and the doors are locked.

13. Guests are aware that for safety reasons, the rooms and all other areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, are strictly non-smoking. In case of violation of the smoking ban on the hotel premises, the hotel reserves the right to end the stay prematurely without the right to a refund.

14. From 22.00 to 6.30, the hotel is quiet at night, the host must adapt his behavior.

15. Dogs and other pets cannot be kept in all areas of the hotel.

16. Cancellation conditions applicable to the cancellation of the accommodation by the guest: the hotel will not to charge cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 14 days before the announced arrival. In case of cancellation 13-10 days before arrival 30% of the total price of the stay, 9-5 days (40%), 4-2 days (50%), in case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival 100% of total prices of the stay.

17. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules, in case of gross violation of the rules, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the end of the agreed period.
